Terms & Conditions

Gaeta Amplification LLC

By placing an order with Gaeta Amplification LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Deposits

A $1,500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure a build slot.

Deposits are used immediately to purchase transformers, tubes, and other materials specific to your amplifier. All deposits are non-refundable once payment is made.

Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Custom Build Acknowledgment

All amplifiers are built to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your amplifier is a custom-built product, and as such, may not be eligible for return or refund once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Final Payment

All prices are listed in USD

Remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping

Failure to complete final payment may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of deposit

Gaeta Amplification LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to order confirmation.

4. Build Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to parts availability, supply chain issues, or build queue volume. Gaeta Amplification LLC is not liable for such delays.

5. Cancellations

Customer cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit

Deposits may be transferable at our discretion

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Gaeta Amplification LLC.

Requests must be made within 30 days of final payment.

If a return is approved:

Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Item will be inspected upon return

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Additional Conditions:

All deposits are non-refundable

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee

Custom-built or modified amplifiers are generally not eligible for return

We are not responsible for damage during return shipping

7. Limited Warranty

Gaeta Amplification LLC provides a limited 60-day warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

Tubes (considered consumable)

Damage from misuse, improper operation, or incorrect impedance/voltage

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty service is provided at the discretion of Gaeta Amplification LLC.

8. Use & Liability

Amplifiers must be used properly and in accordance with standard operating practices.

Gaeta Amplification LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Improper use

Incorrect speaker load or impedance mismatch

Incorrect voltage

Unauthorized service or modification

9. Shipping

Orders ship only after full payment is received

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details

Gaeta Amplification LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Gaeta Amplification LLC directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, Gaeta Amplification LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

13. Disputes

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of New Jersey, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Gaeta Amplification LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

15. Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
