Controls

Gain 1 & Gain 2

The dual gain controls allow you to shape the amp’s response from articulate crunch to saturated high gain while maintaining excellent string separation and dynamics.

Shift Switch

The Shift switch changes the amp’s overall voicing by introducing a tighter, clearer midrange response with a subtle mid scoop. It’s perfect for modern rhythm playing, extended-range guitars, and players who want maximum clarity under heavy gain.

Clip Control

Rather than simply switching diode clipping in or out, the NU100 features a blendable Clip control that allows you to dial in exactly how much clipping you want.

Turn it down for a pure all-tube signal path with maximum dynamics, or gradually blend in diode clipping for additional saturation, compression, sustain, and harmonic richness.

This gives you another dimension of gain shaping beyond the preamp controls.

Depth Control

The Depth control adjusts the low-frequency resonance of the power section, allowing everything from a tight, focused low end to a larger, more authoritative punch.

Mojotone High Voltage FX Loop

The NU100 features Mojotone’s High Voltage Effects Loop.

Unlike many buffered loops that can affect feel and dynamics, this design operates at tube amplifier voltages using a discrete high-voltage circuit to preserve the amp’s natural response while providing plenty of headroom.

The result is an exceptionally transparent effects loop that works beautifully with delays, reverbs, modulation pedals, rack processors, and modern pedalboards without compromising your core tone.
